I am pretty flexible. I can do the splits , but what exercises improve flexibility? I want to be able to do a scorpion and wall splits!

Ummm...try to stretch every day and get into as much of a scorpion you can do every day. If you keep practicing, you'll get there!

Stretch Warm Up
Try this!
I've been stretching for a few weeks now and I finally got my splits, scorpion, backbends, scale, heel stretch and much more. I remember when I used to look at girls and saw I wish I could do that... Well now I can! Keep stretching girl! You'll get there in no time.
