I need help being a little more flexible before, during, and after workouts. Any help?

Stretches! Like, yoga. Hope that helps :-)

yes just keep stretching everyday, Increasing the difficulty whenever it seems too easy, don't skip breakfast. aaand look up streches or yoga that targets certain body parts ( or a full body). C;

To become flexible you have to use stretchable and comfortable clothes. You can buy them from any shop or an online stores. Stretchable clothes or Activewears will help your body to stretch properly and without hurting you.
