I do MMA and need to be more flexible. Any ideas? Yoga seems to be helping . Please and thank you

Definitely yoga... You can FEEL your body getting more flexible with yoga it's incredible.

Or you can stretch at home around 3-5 days every week, in a month or two you will be really flexible. (It depends on how flexible you are now and have been before) :-)

Oh wow. Ok thank you both ill def be trying both of those. Flexibility helps a lot with my sport. So I appreciate it :)

Agree with Lindsay 100% its made a huge difference for me in my flexibility. YouTube has tons of free video s that are great
