Tengo 16 años y quiero aplanar el abdomen y bajar de peso!

Holaa, me podrían recomendar algún ejercicio, comida, consejo, algo que me ayude. Me puse una meta de 5 meses para tener el abdomen plano y haber bajado de peso. Será posible, o es una locura? Me pueden ayudar, no soy nada fitness, estoy solo un poco subida de peso, pero no es demasiado. Graciasss!

Si quieres bajar de peso has ejercicios de cardio mientras que si quieres un abdomen plano tienes que convinar ejercicios de espalda, abdomen y aerobicos. Espero y te ayude esto.
