Hola a todas, quisiera saber que ejercicios puedo hacer para fortalecer y adelgazar el abdomen, pues soy de contextura delgada y este es mi mayor problema. Si me pueden dar un top para trabajar glúteos sin sentir molestia en las rodillas les agradezco.

Has menos repeticiones pero con mas peso, eso hará crecer tu masa muscular en los gluteos
