Recomendación de que puedo comer mientras hago ejercicio y que puedo tomar de batidos o jugos

Mientras haces ejercicio: agua. Te recomiendo que sea al final de un ejercicio o al final de una serie.
Al terminar o antes de empezar un plátano u otra pieza de fruta no viene mal. Si acaso después un batido de leche (aprox. 450 ml.) con un plátano, 6 almendras y un puñado de frutos rojos (arándanos o frambuesas, pueden ser congelados). Yo le añado también canela espolvoreada y café.
