Dos huevos revueltos, y solo a uno le deje la yema. Le agregue algo de queso light. Granola para celiacos, con leche reducida en lactosa. Dos tostadas de pan para celiacos. De fruta: pera y uvas. Y un rico café con leche (también reducida en lactosa) endulzando con miel de abeja

Bien Energético todo para luego enfrentar el gym un domingo! Jeje
