I want to do splits, maybe further than 180 degrees, probably 210 or more. I am thirteen and I can barely do the three most basic splits. Does anyone know how to be more flexible really fast?
By the way, I am all alone. No partners. Probably can't find one here as I'm in a small city in China :-)
All I can use is furnitures and cushions and quilts. I can endure great pains.
