hi I used to fo gymnastics bout i dropped out!! and for my whole life i wanted to be able to split all the way.... i dropped out because i never got picked for the national team.... but it would really help and it's summer...

Cheerleader over here! Okay, so stretch every day is a no brainer, but if you go into lunge and push on knee for 1minute and then straighten front leg and bring nose and close to knee as possible. Afterwords switch legs and do same. Also lay on back and with both legs straight on floor, have someone pick one up and bring leg as close and possible to head while keeping legs straight and hold. Repeat on both legs. Also sit in splits with hands supporting for 30 seconds and without for 15. Repeat as much as you would like. Easier to do while watching TV for distraction!

I was flexible in no time with this workout. J even got my splits!

Most of my flexibility is from YOGA! Lol, see if you can find some yoga workouts you like

Best thing about that is yoga is so relaxing. All my stress goes away when I do it
