Bad thighs and love handles

I have huge thighs and love handles can anyone recommend a workout to tame these beasts?

Thighs Belly But Allover

That workout helps I know I created it but 
--- helps lose weight but have muscles ;) try it out

Cardio is the best fat burner. But if you also want to tone up throw in some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises.

These workouts force you to work hard in short intense spurts with little recovery time in between. The result is a spike in your metabolism creating greater after burn (the amount of calories you burn after your workout is over).
