So lately iv really stepped up my game running wise! And when I'm done I notice TERRIBLE blisters on my feet from my sneakers any runners who suggest a good type of sneaker!!?!?

I've been wearing polo sneakers, they've worked well.

I wear Reebok RealFlex I really like them.

Get a pair of 5 fingered shoes; they can be pricey, but it's like running barefoot. No soreness, no blisters, no redness, and just enough sole to protect the bottom of your feet from unwanted rocks or debris.

I wear Nike Free Training Fit 2. There light weight, flexible, and very comfortable. And there also super cute!

I don't know where you live but there are stores called Run On! and Luke's Locker who will suggest what type of shoes you would need depending on weather you are neutral, over or under pronator. I personally run in Vibrams Five Fingers shoes.
