I have been experiencing terrible cramps before and during my period and one of the things I read to do is excersize. AAnyone know any good excersizes?

Arianna N - You go to forums and at the top there should be a plus sign. After you finish it should ask you where you want to post it (ex. girl's locker room)

I had extremely bad cramps and symptoms (like fainting, vomiting, body aches etc), but I've noticed every since I have been working out on a regular basis; my cramps have been 90% less severe. I do a lot of ab work as well as cardio.

I hope this helps, because cramps are the worst thing EVER!

Try more water and eat a banana before your workout and make sure that you have adequate suppliments and
Rest and if you can get a massage.

I'm 13 so a massage is probably not possible.

I do moderate workouts at that time of the month. I take it easy because when I get too excited...my cramps get worse

Men think this kinda stuff is weird but its just normal for us why cant they understand
