I have been experiencing terrible cramps before and during my period and one of the things I read to do is excersize. AAnyone know any good excersizes?
I had extremely bad cramps and symptoms (like fainting, vomiting, body aches etc), but I've noticed every since I have been working out on a regular basis; my cramps have been 90% less severe. I do a lot of ab work as well as cardio.

Try more water and eat a banana before your workout and make sure that you have adequate suppliments and
Rest and if you can get a massage.
