I have always wanted to be in the WNBA. I love basketball and most men think that women cant do good in sports so thats why they never have any women on T.V. i want to change that so i am trying my hardest to lose weight, build stamina, and get taller so that it wont just be men who dunk but to prove that a women can dunk and try her hardest just like them.
So i ask if someone can help me to find ANY program or exercises that can help me lose weight and get taller so i can acheive my dream. PLEASE!
