Squats my dear! Wide squats, sumo squats, plié squats, pulsing squats. And have no fear of weights. Hit the squat rack, start with just the barbell, keep your form and get as low as you can without letting your knees come out over your toes. Try doing three sets of 12. Add weight as you get more comfortable and start doing higher weights, lower reps. Hope that helps.
