I'm trying to lose 85lbs before my wedding on August 30, 2014. I already started losing weight a while back and had lost 20lbs (starting weight 226) but then I had a miscarriage and lost all motivation to work out. I'm now back up to 215lbs. My goal weight is 130lbs. I had knee surgery two years ago and finished PT for it 6 months ago. I also have a shoulder injury. Does anyone have an recommendations to help me blast off some weight? Any tips would help!!!! I really need help!
