I want to know are there any exercises that will help perk my boobs a little bit? They don't sag lmfao...I'm only 22 but they aren't perked. Gah, it's hard to explain. How about this, is there upper body workouts that will help?
Work on some chest, and back workout's. Like, butterfly's, reverse butterflys, pull up, and push up's. Also work on your core. That should help you tighten your chest up and make you look sexy. And if you wana nice butt do a lot of full squats not half but full. I hope that helps. Hit me up if you need anything els.
