I am new to running. Just finishing my 6th week. I run 3 to 4 days a week, and have worked up to 5k. About 2 weeks ago I got a cramp in my right hamstring. It hasn't gone away=_= i can always feel it but the only time it really grabs is when I run. I eat very healthy, I drink about a gallon of water a day, and potassium is one of my supplements. Any suggestions or advise as to getting rid of it us appreciated!!
