Hola everyone (: , I am 18 years old I am 5'0 and I weigh 105 pounds my goal here is to tone up, gain muscle , I want a nice round lifted butt as well. The deal is I really don't know how to start :0 I would really appreciate it if someone could help ! Please and thank you!😊

Well I wouldn't want to do things that aren't beneficial to what im trying to accomplish .

if your trying to gain myscle and tone, and not lose weight. then id suggest more strength training than cardio. try "natural booty pops" and "thankful thighs".

I'd suggest HIIT or tabata base workouts. They're intense without much rest time to keep your body pumped. 


Is an example. I would also suggest doing some weight lifting if you want to build muscles. Protein shakes, bars, and/or food are great for muscle building too!
