Do you work out during your period?Is it ok to do so?

You can exercise whilst on your period but it's usually a personal preference whether to or not. Some people find exercise difficult during their period due to iron loss

It is fine to workout on you period. For me, it can very painful and uncomfortable the first day, so I just rest for that day. Slow jogging and walking, though, can actually sooth the cramps, and stretching can do the same. Just remember to stay hydrated, and you will be fine.

Yeah it's fine and for me it relieves some discomfort.

Yep , I do! I heard that it actually lightens your period. However it is quite uncomfortable. Best of luck with your fitness goals

Water weight and feeling tired are two things that stand out during PMS. We don't feel good, we conscious about the way we look... Working out makes you feel good...gets those endorphins going.
