Help, fat around bellybutton wont go

I'm 27 and use to be an amateur bodybuilder a few years back until I blew out my Achilles Tendon. I was in a car accident not long after and lost alot of memory including all I use to know on bodybuilding and exercise. I cant get rid of the fat around my bellybutton. I cant get my biceps to peak either, can someone please help me out?

That's a tough one. I'm sorry to hear about your accidents! All and I mean all body types are different and yours might just not allow you to do those things I hate to say.

Hate to hear about ur accident. Thank the LORD we are talking to u today;) . I am a mom of 3,these are what helped me. Low planks,mountaim climbers,in &outs,push ups,spiderman push ups,..anything basically that has to do with holding your weight like low & high planks. Also CARDIO,CARDIO,CARDIO,& eating clean. I love jump roping-but if i cant do that due to ur achilles then jog/run hills &stairs :-) hope this helps u out &gives u more insight :-)

To help my biceps i had to go heavy -i start with 20lbs now,it use to be 10lbs, my arms got use to it that i hit a plateau. Going heavier has helped me tremendously..u have to challenge your body or it wont change in my opinion &experience

Exclude white starches like bread n rice etc and replace then with whole wheat and grains. Do inverse crunches also. If you don't know what that is look it up. I heard that helps. Good luck

Make it a lil more intense add ankle weighs, an do planks in push up position sn go down on your forarms.

I do that LOL. 10lb ankle weights.

I use 15 lb dumbbells now. I do curls, reverse curls, preacher curls, dumbbell rows.....
