I'm 27 and use to be an amateur bodybuilder a few years back until I blew out my Achilles Tendon. I was in a car accident not long after and lost alot of memory including all I use to know on bodybuilding and exercise. I cant get rid of the fat around my bellybutton. I cant get my biceps to peak either, can someone please help me out?
I hope that's not the case. I'm going to keep trying either way.
I use 15 lb dumbbells now. I do curls, reverse curls, preacher curls, dumbbell rows.....
