So I really hate to work out but I want my old body back to the way it use to be wish I had a work out buddy......looking for my workout buddy

I can help you stay motivated. U really can do it. I can't wait to see u get back down to the size u want to get to. It is hard to workout and this coming from a former military person but u just have to keep going. The good part is it gets easier to an extent. You come to appreciate both the workout and how u are getting worked out :-). O and u definitely like the way u start looking. U can do I believe in u.
