Hey ladies, I'm in pretty decent shape, slim build, thin frame but for some reason I can't shake the bloating! Any advice?

Try drinking warm water with lemon. It works for me.

It could b salt related. Try cutting back on sodium. :-)

Not really maybe it is food related such as diary, or wheat or my love for pasta and potatoes

May be you can experiment and see. Like make a list of stuff you eat and then eliminate one and see?
