So I'm 16 and I've decided to take control of my life and weight. I used to weigh 215 lbs but through exercise recently I've dropped it down to 209 after a month. I'm 5'3 and being this big is not only unhealthy but really gross.
So I'm trying to really take this seriously and am working on eating healthy, especially since my family really doesn't do so. So I'm just here to say hi and that I'm ready to start fresh and be healthy.
