I have bone spurs in both feet, making it hard to walk, let alone exercise. I need some advice and some friends to help me along.
I have found aquatic exercise to be fun and very effective. It's a group thing so you will find more than one workout partner.
Ive thought about that to, but there is only one public pool where i live and their hours dont work into my work schedule.
When I started it was using my friends pool for twenty minutes a day. Then treating myself to a foot massage once a week. Going to the community pool and walking around it for twenty minutes as often as you can is your goal.
