I haven't been working out like I should. I kind of gave up. I've been eating like a pregnant chick and not working out. I haven't seen a weight gain yet but I know it is going to attack me hard. So this morning Friday I am starting back up again. Yay me!!!! I need to do the squat challenge again. Yikes

Good for you. Don't worry about what you have not done in the recent past , just concentrate on what you need to do in the present to achieve your goals. Good luck and hope you achieve all your goals

Proud of you for starting back up again....perseverance!! :)
And girl!!!!! I started my 30 day squat challenge yesterday. Day 2 today!!
We could kind of do them together if you like?? I'd just be a day ahead...

I would love that. I do work a lot though, schedule crazy so I go around my hours and pkus my gym is 24 hours. Like now I am about to get ready for work.

Whenever you have some free time...like 5 minutes, do your squats. Mine only take about 3 minutes, so far.
