Just burned 1100 calories at the gym! How is everyone else doing?:)

Just went to the gym and burned over 1000 for the second time this week.. Own personal goal of mine achieved .. How's everyone work out today?! :)

Stuck at school doing paperwork...ready to get home and workout to get rid of some stress...high school kids have to much energy on a Friday... lol

Thats awesome good work. I am just getting back on track with my workouts. Did you di weights ir cardio?

I did all cardio such as running and then after that I did weights with squats and other machines with weights :) what do you usually do?

Usually weights for strength and endurance, not enough ab, leg and cardio work than I should. How to you tally kcal burned for weight exercises
