Pushups , burpees, mountain climber total 3 sets

Been pushing myself each morning..the past two weeks since I downloaded this app...working my way towards it slowly...seeing the difference...now simultaneously gotta work on a diet...and I lovveeee my food loads...so a very difficult challenge for me. Alan - Mumbai.

Yes definitely if there's no pain there is indeed no "gain". So therefore i go hard, or harder. Plenty of exercise positive attitude and varied diet will help anyone achieve their desired body shape.

Dont workout in a wrong way... u wont have pain, but the gaiiiiiin...
