Stretch every day at least 15 minutes.

Attempt to slide into splits, do a bridge or backbend, touch your toes, and always stretch till you can't anymore. That way you'll gradually become flexible day by day.

I've never been a flexible person but this year I decided I WANTED to be...just stretch a little day by day! Try new things, do dancing, yoga, and you'll get there. Now I can do splits, forwards walk overs, high kicks, everything and it just took some optimism

Start with the hips! Without us realising it they are really tight lots of times.
