I count calories and I am currently allowed 1292 calories and I want to make the most of them with good, healthy food. What are some things that you eat? :)
I don't count calories, but I do love healthy choice meals and yogurts

Right now I'm on 500 calories diet. For breakfast: unlimited tea, coffee, water only with Stevia if you want it sweetened; snack is half a grapefruit;lunch 100 grams of chicken breast and hand full of approved vegetables;snack small orange or handful of strawberries; dinner 100 grams of lean beef ( all meats are put in oven...never fried) no oils or butter ever!
