I count calories and I am currently allowed 1292 calories and I want to make the most of them with good, healthy food. What are some things that you eat? :)

I don't count calories, but I do love healthy choice meals and yogurts

I count calories and I'm on 1400 calorie diet and I eat a lot of vegetables smoothies and soups(broth)...fruit is always gd and apeptite suppressant lol I manage to be full...somehow

I surprisingly have never thought about broth. I love it though. Do you have a preference?

I prefer chicken broth myself..I think of it as chicken noodle soup...lol

I count cals, currently on 1200 a day. I try not to drink calories, unless I'm making a smoothie for lunch. So lots of water, including mineral water and tea with only a dash of milk. Lots of veggie based meals. Good luck :)

Right now I'm on 500 calories diet. For breakfast: unlimited tea, coffee, water only with Stevia if you want it sweetened; snack is half a grapefruit;lunch 100 grams of chicken breast and hand full of approved vegetables;snack small orange or handful of strawberries; dinner 100 grams of lean beef ( all meats are put in oven...never fried) no oils or butter ever!

Yes..if you are really disciplined or you can start off with 1500 calorie a day diet

I keep count of my calorie in take using a app called my fitness buddy. It counts for u based on weight loss goals.
