I was 153 lbs got down to123 in about2/3 months now I'm trying to gain muscle up to 130 since changing weight lifting plan and increased calories To 2400 was on1800 to lose the fat
That's great to hear that you're making progress! Keep it up and don't stop. I've lost almost 20 pounds this summer by eating healthy and exercising. I feel so much better from my new eating habits and can't believe I use to eat the way I did. I'm going to keep going to lose maybe 10 more pounds and tone up. When I'm done, I will continue eating well and exercising because I can't see myself doing anything else :)
Im working out for 3 weeks now and I gained 7 kilos.Before I tried to gain weight by eating much fat,but it didn't work.
