I need a good workout that doesn't put on too much muscle but takes off more of the inner fat on my thighs. I've tried a number of stuff like squats but I released it was making me gain more muscle. Please help?

Do technique drills the help burn the fat on ur inner thighs and ur leg from behind search them on YouTube and u will have a bunch of excercises to do
