Hi I'm 14 years old and getting fatter and fatter. Anyone have suggestions for me to lose weight? I'm really getting jelous of my fit and slim friends :(
Just watch what you eat and exercise daily. And walk a mile.
Join any class in which physical activity are more and more. It can be dance class, gym, swimming, etc.
Seriously watch what you are eating. If it's not healthy, try to eat a small portion. Also be as active as you can be. Like if you are playing video games or watching tv or just having to wait for something, do sit ups, push ups, lunges or grab a can of food out of the cabinet and use it as a weight.
