What time of the day is it best to workout? Mornings? Afternoons? Evenings?

Anytime you feel like doing is the best time.but be sure to do it atleast 2.30-3 hours after a major meal...and avoid having workout 2-3 hours before going to sleep.because exercise boost up the metabolism and you might face difficulty in falling asleep
