Water weight tips?

I weigh 110lbs., half of those pounds are water.. how would I go about losing the water weight quickly and naturally...HELP

Water weight come and go , and it isnt a bad thing unless you a wrestler or something trying to make weight for the next day

Reduce your sodium intake and drink plenty of water. Some studies say that your body will hold onto extra water weight if it feels it's not gettin' enough water. I drastically cut out salty foods and drink ALOT of water daily. It works great for me!

Yeah, really need to cut back on my salt intake! My mouth always feel so dry.. like it's telling my body that I need EXTRA water.......
