Hey ladies,when we have our menstruation, can we still do our cardio or any workout?? Or is it bad for us??

It depends on how well u feel. I do it on the days that I feel ok but when I feel bad I don't

Girl i still workout when mother nature comes .i dont give a ........my ambition is dontlet that time of the month interrup your work out.take apill nd chamole tea and thats all that i do and go do what i have 2 do period. Hope thiz helpz

Listen to your body. I personally do still work out while on my period, but if my body is telling me I should take a day off then there is no shame in that. Cramps can be a pain!

You can do it without problems. I do Them with or without my menstruation

We can work out all the time! It's not a problem if we're on our period

If I'm havin' super cramps, i'll rest until they pass or do some light cardio. If it's affectin' your workout though, don't feel bad for takin' a day off :)

Working out while on your period can make it lighter and can make you not cramp as bad! I love running while on it.

I think its different for every one. I was miserable working out during my time but my doc gave me under the counter ibuprofen and now I don't have any issues :-)

Not really. It gives me something to focus on other then how crappy i feel. And it helps me cute the insane cravings.
