Hi guys. I'm kinda new here. I'm skinny but I have flabby stomach and muffin top. I'm trying to get flat stomach and slim waist. I'm controling my calories. So any advices?

Don't eat processed garbage. Train more intense. So many people just go through the motions. You're better off exercising really vigorously so you're on the floor out of breathe at the end of a workout... You'll get much better results. Also, don't eat anything after 8pm

I'm the exact same..naturally skinny with big protruding flabby stomach. Your pic looks great of your new tummy! How'd you get there? Any tips? Good core exercises or is it all diet?

I've noticed a big difference when I started doing more lower back exercises, makes the abs work out pay off way more.

Hi, I would suggest you to do the basic exercises like squats, death lifts, pullups rows, power cleans etc. which activate the big muscle tissues together and take a lot of energy consumption. The best way to have slim body is Fullbody or total body training. See it on internet if you want to know the benefits of that training style.
