I really can't do pushups for some weird reason haha
Does anyone know how you can beginn working that??
You can do them against the wall to start building up strength. Try to do like five sets of as many reps as you can every other day or two. After a few weeks, when you're happy with the numbers you can do, move down to something lower like a desk or bed, (feet on floor, hands on elevated surface) then same thing a few weeks later you can eventually do them on the floor on your knees, and eventually you'll be able to do them on your toes.
