I want start back working out again to slim my waste. What type of schedule should I come up with. willing to start at 3 days of cardio 35 mins 1 day of abs w/ streght training. Cardio can be done at gym. Will routine helo me loose inches around my watse
Yes definitely and when you do core make sure you hit entire core not just abs!
