I want start back working out again to slim my waste. What type of schedule should I come up with. willing to start at 3 days of cardio 35 mins 1 day of abs w/ streght training. Cardio can be done at gym. Will routine helo me loose inches around my watse

That's a good start! But most important are your eating habits! For slimming your waist, it's better to eat less sugar as possible, (zero is the goal) and try to do a "diet" like the low carb diet! If diets aren't sth for you just try to eat a lot of proteins, like in eggs,yoghurt ect. Don't forget the vegetables and the fruits! ;)
