I'm ready to share ad these pounds 175 is the goal of how much lbs I wanna lose. So off to a great start no junk food just greens an fruit. No more soda just water. An walking to an from work which is 2 miles an work out 2 hours before work an 3 hours after work. No cheat days for me only rest days. So done with being this heavy.
