Depends if ur looking for actual increase n speed as n ur times either for track or other sports frm wat I see here so far their isnt any workouts geared to true speed mechanics...mostly just cardio consisting of some plyometrics and usually burpees high knees and a mix with flutter kicks..some strength training which th best are th ones people hav created on here and lots ab routines some good circut training stuff...but true speed mechanics try youtube I've watched a lot of athletic training specifically geared to increase speed...also bodybuilding.com has a program its free called nfl combine which has a portion dedicated to true speed mechanics thts purpose is to help with 40 yard dash times...I hope tht helps

Good point... I read it to mean quick workouts. I don't know that stuff on here will help increase actual speed, unless your stamina needs work first.
