Has anyone else had a csection? Just wondering how you rebuilt those muscles afterwards?

If the cut goes side to side it will be much more difficult because more muscle tissue will have been damaged and may never go back to pre pregnancy. If the cut is up and down you should have better success. Regardless of the cut. I would say to focus on your obliques to pull and draw the tissues upward along with the planks vs straight sit ups or lower leg lifts.

Had c section with my first baby, takes a long time unfortunately to tighten and tone the pooch but don't give up they will stop acting stubborn and tone up for you! Try planking...elbows it seems works lower abs more, and there are many wicked awesome lower ab workouts on Skimble (tighten my pooch, lower ab massacre, and lots created by *Erin B) Good luck
