Hey girls what are some good workouts for ur boobs? My boobs were a 36DD now a 34D and lets just say not as perky as they once were lol

Chest fly's... So I was told by my old personal trainer. They supposedly work the muscle under our boob fat.

Their still perky i just feel like i could make them better since they were much bigger before ive worked really hard to stay in good shape feel like thats the only part of me i need to improve

Bench press dumbell flies wide arm push ups incline press diamond push ups triangle push ups burpees etc

Omgoodness I'm a 42D and I'd give anything to get my 38C back. I do push ups, dumbbell press and dumbbell flyaways but these girls have a mind if there own lol!

Gutted my boobs won't shrink was 40e and now a 34e ... those are well hidden from any sight lol

Yeah it sux but congrats on the weight loss jasmin! best thing i can suggest is push ups and plank
