Okay so I weigh 140 pounds and I'm 5ft. I want to lose 15-20 pounds. I'm on kid #2 with my first I got to 125 but I still had jiggle. Thats what I don't want. I would be fine at 130 ifbi didn't have the jiggle. How do I tighten that shit up. Plus I had a csection.

As a PT I recommend losing as much of the excess as possible. Then start adding resistance but don't drop the intensity
