So I have been working out for a while but I need to get motivated and I need some tips on how to keep going strong without quitting.
Seeing results, feeling great, friends(in real life and those in similar situations online) following other fitnuts on Facebook and instagram. Just keep reminding yourself why you started!
Family, friends and the results you can see in yourself. I know what you mean, I need motivation to exercise before getting for ready for work in the morning now I am back. Good luck and keep positive.

Oh yeah. Shopping feels a hell of a lot better once you've gained control of those roles. I remember when I was fat.... never again.

plan to workout every second day for 4 weeks only. this is a more achievable. after 4 weeks, it will be your habit, way of life.

Learning how to so something new. Keep yourself motivated by doing a different workout each time you go to the gym. Kepw the muscles and body on their toes. Don't stick to the same routine!
