I dont have the best posture and it seems like when I sit up straight or position my back properly, my rib cage sticks out. I was reading that pilates will fix that and back exercises. Does anyone know any type of workout or tricks to fix this? Thank you!
Probably best to do some wide grip lat pulldowns to strengthen your back but to complement this you need to do some core exercises. The rib cage flare is a result of your body type and how fit you already are. Better to have a flared torso than a flared belly. Check out the Alexander Technique to improve your posture.
