Ugh! My everything.... I've exercising for like a month and I'm not sure if i see any difference. I've only recently started using this app... i really hope that it helps me some... i think it will. It already has. Its given me a boost of motivation.

I use it MWF after I run but not on TTh since cardio and weight training is already in my workout schedule at school

Yeah I'm getting good results I lost four pounds in a week and a half and lost two points in my body fat percentage so I feel like it's really working well with me

I try to workout at least 3x a week, but my main problem has been motivation. Then add a hectic schedule and a love of all things unhealthy, it hasn't been working well. I just started with this app though, and so far I'm still motivated and excited about being able to try new things, so we shall see how it works!

You just gotta really want it! I try to eat healthy as possible but every blue moon or I should say 2 times out each month I have to have Chinese food and something sweet besides yogurt or fruit lol!

You're definitely right! So far, we aim for fresh fruits and veggies, and we stay away from beef and pork (for the most part), but I don't allow myself enough room to have cheat meals and snacks so when I fall off the wagon I fall hard. It's ridiculous!

Motivation is one of my issues as well. I use this app plus myfitnesspal. If anyone wants to add me, feel free! It goes by email, so: elissypr@yahoo.com I like using them both and when I'm consistent, I do see results. Good luck everyone!

So what I found to help me is replacement meal shakes, no fried foods or junk food. Lots of water,green tea and exercising 30-1hour Monday through Friday but if I miss a day of the week I do a Saturday and rest on Sunday.

@Ashley it's just like the corsets from back in the olden days expect I have one I wear under my clothes and one to workout in but I wear it 8-10 a day and it stops you from eating so much and gives you a hourglass shape...

I'd have to say stomach could be more toned but overall i think im okay after reading these comments feel better knowing lot of girls are having the same body issues lol

Corset training/waist training shrinks my waist. I do cardio while wearing it no crunches or sit-ups until it's taken off.
