My stomach! I've got a pouch I've been trying to control for years!
Ugh! My everything.... I've exercising for like a month and I'm not sure if i see any difference. I've only recently started using this app... i really hope that it helps me some... i think it will. It already has. Its given me a boost of motivation.
After two kids my arms, butt, belly, and thighs. Want everything toned!! Lol.
I use it MWF after I run but not on TTh since cardio and weight training is already in my workout schedule at school
Yeah I'm getting good results I lost four pounds in a week and a half and lost two points in my body fat percentage so I feel like it's really working well with me
Yeah I workout five days a week sometimes six depending on if I'm busy or not
I try to workout as much as I can.. insomnia will kick your butt.

I try to workout at least 3x a week, but my main problem has been motivation. Then add a hectic schedule and a love of all things unhealthy, it hasn't been working well. I just started with this app though, and so far I'm still motivated and excited about being able to try new things, so we shall see how it works!
I'd have to say stomach could be more toned but overall i think im okay after reading these comments feel better knowing lot of girls are having the same body issues lol
