Staying motivated

I am new here:) I just keep trying new workouts and get so excited the first 3 days but staying motivated is extremely hard. I don't know why my body does this. I know I need to lose this weight to feel better but the motivation is just not there.. Help!!

Dont over do it you were excited 3 days on the app. Have a day of rest. Come back fresh

Thanks! I have a problem on that rest day coming back from it. Like if I give myself a day the next day I'll be like well I don't have to workout.. Idk maybe it's just me

Write a little schedule and motivate your self in the morning of your workouts. Be proud of your new goals you have set

Im new as well. I have an app called map my walk. I started off at around 1km a day. It has kept me motivated! Each day I wana do better and better. Tonight I walked 6.14km :-) maybe give it a go
