I want my butt bigger like a bubble butt and thighs smaller. Any suggestions???
Instead of movements like squats and lunges, try anything that just focuses on the glutes like donkey kickbacks (and all variations), those froggy things where you lay on your belly and lift your legs off the ground, basically any movement that involves you looking down and lifting your leg up behind you lol. That will target your butt to round it out and insure you aren't building a bunch of muscle in your legs to make them appear bigger. It really helps to use ankle weights or resistance bands when building those glutes.
