Real life expamples? From jelly belly to hard as wall?

I ve been working out for almost a year and I still have the same body, tho I admit that usong this app and some HIIT workout have been builted my muscles, im on my way.

No pain no gaim, right?

What about you? What type of workout do you do? Any meal plan?

Im kind of an eater! Im always hungry hehe
